REbecca & Sam
During our initial meeting, it was clear that family and tradition was at the forefront. Rebecca and Sam got married in the backyard of Rebecca's childhood home, on her parents' 30th wedding anniversary. The lush landscape provided the perfect setting for their special day, and every guest felt right at home.
amanda & mike
the boulders resort
Mike had proposed to Amanda at The Boulders resort, so this space held a special place in their hearts. Living in Texas, they wanted all their guests to feel emerged in Arizona style and culture. The desert-inspired wedding with a unique twist, will always be one of our favorites.
kate & bill
troon north golf club
Arizona will always be home to Kate. Now, a New York City resident, we helped plan her wedding from afar. We teamed up with Hoot and Holler in creating a fun and impressionable wedding in the desert. This wedding was certainly a reflection of Kate and Bill, and the adventurous life they have begun together.
michelle & tom
gainey ranch golf club
Michelle and Tom's elegant wedding at Gainey Ranch Golf Club has remained one of our favorites. When you can feel the love between a couple, like Michelle and Tom, you don't need flashy decor. This understated, simplistic design enhanced the perfect setting for the start of their lives together.
taylor & brad
the farm at south mountain
Taylor and Brad's heartfelt wedding at The Farm at South Mountain still gives us butterflies. These high school sweethearts tied the knot on their 10 year anniversary. Between Brad's reaction during their first look and their breathtaking reception at The Farm at South Mountain, we felt so blessed to be a part of their special day.
Paradise Valley, AZ
vanessa & sam
When Vanessa Ruiz, former channel 12 news anchor, approached us with the idea of a lux, bohemian wedding, we had to get on board! Vanessa and Sam's intimate affair at Hermosa Inn is one of the most unique weddings we have ever planned. From the agates stones on the guest tables, that Vanessa and Sam found in Bisbee, to the ceremony, conducted by Mark Curtis, every detail was personal and heartfelt.
lyndsey & sean
the boulders resort
When a bride loves color, we revel in the opportunity to play. Lyndsey and Sean's wedding was an elegant affair to remember, with unique touches that created conversation and left their guests in awe. This desert inspired wedding at The Boulders is one for the books. Every detail, from the vibrant invitation suites to the jaw dropping head table, had us wanting to plan their wedding all over again.
Lake Tahoe, NV
Lauren & John
The Hyatt at Incline Village
Lauren and John's windy wedding at The Hyatt at Incline Village in Lake Tahoe was an event to remember. This intimate, destination wedding weekend was filled with love, laughter and all of their closest friends. We played off of the natural elements of Tahoe, incorporating pine cones in the aisle decor and rolling up blankets to keep guests cozy and warm during ceremony.
courtney & Mike
four seasons troon north
Courtney and Mike's wedding at The Four Seasons at Troon North has been featured on Martha Stewart Weddings and Scottsdale Modern Luxury. The Four Seasons offered a peaceful, romantic setting for this desert glam wedding. This desert setting was complemented with accents of blush, gold and neutral tones.
kaitlyn & richard
Kaitlyn and Richard's lux wedding at The Montelucia was complimented by a rich color palette and lush blooms. Their ceremony was held on the iconic Valencia Lawn, where we added marsala blooms to the existing ivy backdrop. The reception was held at Castillo Lucena, with cathedral ceilings and gorgeous, architectural details. Like the space, we chose eye-catching linen and designed an extravagant sweetheart table to enhance the space in a unique way.
coup des tartes
When we were approached to design a shoot for Arizona Weddings’ 2016 issue, we were inspired by the venue- Coup Des Tartes in Phoenix, Arizona. The quaint setting offered the perfect foundation for our elopement-inspired shoot. We created a moody color palette with eggplant, marsala, mauve and accents of gold. We collected spare logs from a local lumber yard, to create a jaw dropping backdrop, adorned with greenery and candlelight. This shoot made the cover of Arizona Weddings Planning Guide and has been featured on numerous blogs. It will remain one of our favorites.
party on the park
clayton on the park
Tie the Knot by Tessa’s studio is located next to Clayton on the Park. Once we were settled, we decided to throw a party to celebrate our new move with industry friends! Our Party on the Park, was a joyous event that allowed us to play with our favorite vendors. We created a welcoming and cozy setting with various lounges, provided by Prim Rentals. To showcase our design aesthetic, we also incorporated some table tops, a dessert table and a ceremony backdrop. Because our event was in the spring, we chose a soft color palette with variations of blues and blushes. If we could re-live this night, we would!
